How to Play a Sport
Fill out Athletic Packet.
Each student-athlete must fill out an athletics packet before trying out for any sport.
Get your Physical
Each student-athlete must get a physical every year prior to trying out for their 1st sport of the year,
Having a hard time getting a physical?
South Bay Urgent Care takes walk-in sports physicals until 8pm for $40 cash!
*No appointment, Walk-in ONLY!
Be Academically Eligible
Each student-athlete must have at least a 2.0 GPA or higher to participate in a school sport. Grades are pulled at the progress report closest to the beginning of tryouts. Students with a lower GPA may not play in games and could be dropped from the team at coaches discretion.
